Should you wish to exchange the jewellery for another size or colour, this is possible. Please indicate clearly on the return form what the correct colour and/or size should be. If you would like to order a completely different item, please contact our customer service department.

Not satisfied with your purchase? And does your return meet our return conditions? We will refund you the order value as soon as possible. In this case, the shipping costs are for your own account.
Return and exchange conditions
If you want to return a product it must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be requested and sent to Qoss within 8 days of delivery.
- The product is new, unused and unworn.
- The product is in its undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box or bubble envelope.
The fully completed return form is enclosed with the shipment.
In the event of a return, the original shipping costs will not be credited. Also when returning an entire order, you will not be refunded. The costs of returning jewellery are to be borne by the customer, unless it is an error on our part.
Have you received a defective product or a complaint about the delivery of a product? Please contact our customer service before returning to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. If a product has to be returned due to an error on our part, we will of course cover these costs.
Return procedure
The steps for returning are as follows:
- Fill in the return form completely, you can download it here.
- Put the return form with the product (s) in a mailbox / bubble envelope
- Pack the package again
- Write the following address on the box/envelope or give it to the post office:

- Go to a post office, we recommend using DPD or PostNL, but any other sender is also fine and send the parcel our way.
After we have received the product from you, we will assess it and keep you informed (if necessary) of the (return) status.
Note: Returns are at your own risk. We are therefore not liable for a lost return shipment.
